"Our daughter, Peyton, was diagnosed with CML on 11/11/2020 and we have faced some hardships since her diagnosis. Since her diagnosis is a chronic lifelong disease which will require ongoing daily treatment, we have been concerned about how to maintain things financially and navigating our new norm has been difficult the past year.
