She began her career in investment banking, where she worked closely with biotech and pharmaceutical companies on strategic transactions and capital formation. She now focuses on healthcare / biotech investing, evaluating medical innovation, clinical development, and long-term value creation across the life sciences ecosystem.

Emma is deeply passionate about advancing medicine and supporting children and families navigating serious illness.
